Do you suffer from Chronic pain? Chronic pain may be mild or excruciating, and it can also occur continuously or sporadically. Chronic pain is often described as “burning,” “shooting,” “electrical,” or “aching,” and it can be accompanied by stiffness, soreness, tightness, and discomfort. Over time, it can lead to fatigue, moodiness, or sleeplessness. Chronic pain affects more than 100 million Americans. Join Brooke Chang, Certified Reiki Master online for Reiki Distant Healing, and Crystal Healing Therapy for chronic pain management.

Voluntary donations in any amount are appreciated, and $10 is recommended. Your donations will go to an organization engaged in chronic pain research and education. We accept Paypal, Venmo, Google Pay, Zelle, Square Cash App, and personal checks for your donations. This Reiki Share is intended to support like-minded people for individual and community healing. Reiki therapy is a non-invasive therapy that helps with the management of chronic pain and health conditions, depression, anxiety, fatigue, and feeling more peaceful and calm. We ask that all discussions during Reiki Share to be kept confidential. Please do not share identities of participants or personal details from our discussions.

What is Reiki Therapy? Reiki therapy is a form of Japanese energy therapy. It is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing of the body, emotions, mind and spirit. Reiki is a natural, safe, non-invasive, and gentle “complementary” energy therapy that activates the parasympathetic nervous system to heal body, mind, and spirit. Reiki therapy works directly to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to create a sense of calm and relaxation within your body. Reiki therapy is used in many hospitals, and clinical settings in the U.S.

Reiki therapy treatments are beneficial for most pain and illnesses, and the management of chronic pain and health conditions. Please see: “Reiki and Chronic Pain: Can Reiki Help Provide Comfort for the Chronic Pain Epidemic?” Reiki therapy works effectively in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Reiki therapy also can be administered at a distance called Reiki Distant Healing. Please see “The Science Behind Reiki Distant Healing.”
